Return and Refund Policy

At IKON LASH PRO, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
2. Returns
Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Sale items (only regular priced items may be refunded)
3. Return Process

Initiate a Return:
- Contact us at info@viatjonus.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.
- Include a description of the reason for the return.

Return Authorization:
- After receiving your return request, we will review it and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how and where to send your item.

Shipping:
- You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Processing Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds

- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@viatjonus.com and send your item to the address provided in the return authorization.
